Nothing describes CRC more literally or metaphorically than a company that builds community. Our people take great pride in engaging and unifying stakeholders to create the best developments in which to live, work, shop, and play.

If you ask anyone at CRC what they enjoy most about their job, you'll likely hear that it's our ability to impact lives. We engage with the people who know their community the best in order to bring a fresh, yet educated, perspective to our work. We spend a great deal of time getting to know the local neighborhood and people who live and work there. The result is developments that truly reflect the best of their communities.

Reinvesting in Community Responsibility
We became involved with Columbia Heights Village over a decade ago. Through the years we have been committed to enhancing the project with our non-profit stakeholder and in partnership with our residents. We first secured a $54 million renovation, which we rounded out through comprehensive resident programming and on-site renewable energy initiatives that re-invest annual savings of more than $225,000 back into the community.

I think that’s what this partnership is all about...people working together to accomplish common goals to make everyone’s life better.
