A Closer Look //

Located on the University of Kansas campus, Stouffer Place Apartments is a 201-unit apartment-style dormitory with 708 beds. Its two buildings are constructed using the patented Prescient prefabricated steel system, making Stouffer Place, in combination with Downs Hall, the largest Prescient project completed to date and the first public-private partnership built with Prescient. With mainly four-bedroom configurations, apartments feature individual bedrooms, kitchens, and in-unit laundry. Stouffer Place's robust amenity package includes a large fitness center, recreation room, study lounges, and a multi-purpose classroom with a kitchen. Constructed using patented 3D technology from USA-based Prescient, Stouffer Place's pre-designed and built project segments make for greener, more efficient building. In addition, the community's environmentally conscious construction features continuous exterior insulation, TPO roofing, low-flow water fixtures, LED lighting, and energy-efficient appliances and windows.
