Tech’s Next Big Thing May Not Be Tech at All
Silicon Valley: the hub of techies nestled in the San Francisco Bay Area. Heralded for its intellectual innovation. Notorious for its commutes. It's also experiencing one of the most severe housing shortages in America. We’re partnering with NASA to develop, build, and manage more than 2,000 apartments and 100,000 square feet of retail. The convenient, welcoming, and walkable neighborhood will not only provide affordable housing for campus employees and Mountain View residents, but drastically cut down commutes, allowing residents to use that time however they choose. Who knows? Tech's next big thing may just be forming stronger relationships, pursuing new hobbies, taking time for oneself, and enjoying a more relaxed state of mind.
