The largest student housing community in U.S. history, the redevelopment of West Village provides current and transfer students of the University of California at Davis 3,311 beds across 1,257 units of apartment-style housing. West Village is near restaurants, retail, a nursery, and Highway 113. West Village is the largest net-zero energy community in North America. Sustainability specialist, Davis Energy Group, is a part of the University Student Living development team and will be providing insight and recommendations throughout the construction process for the redevelopment.
