Integrating History into a Contemporary Showpiece
Perched within Philadelphia's Washington Square, The St. James is the first building of its kind in decades. CRC re-positioned this multi-faceted property to house luxurious oversized apartments and high-end amenities while integrating the landmark Philadelphia Savings Fund Society (PSFS) bank and three historic Yorktown townhouses. At 45 stories, the St. James provides unmatched views of the city from its floor-to-ceiling windows; pedestrian access to the best shops and restaurants; and modern architecture throughout.
